Lawrence County Schools offers Basic Life and Accident Insurance Program through UNUM Life Insurance Company.
The school system provides each full-time employee with Life Insurance that is equal to 2 times their annual salary, to a maximum of $100,000.
The minimum benefit of life insurance is $30,000.
This plan does have the following additional features: Accelerated Benefit and Conversion.
Retirees:
Retirees have 3 options to pick from: Option A: $5,000; Option B: $10,000; Option C: $20,000
